In Issue 04, Foyer meet chef-owner Ellinor Strinnholm, connect with food content-creator Natalie Jones, get spicy with chilli-oil entrepreneur Eyan Chan, and explore the food start-up community with Suzana Orsolic. Discover how kitchen objects create connections, take time to appreciate the ambience of where we eat, rediscover forgotten recipes, examine food as botanical art, and find solace in the expat food shop.
