Wanderweg is a zine about hiking created by Thomas and Kiyo.
A mystic meditation on walking in nature; part diary, part field notebook, part folk tale. Completely bilingual, everything is told in both English and German, depending on which side you read from. Wanderweg is about the experience of walking in the landscape and is, in part, inspired by old walking guides and mystical maps. From misty English moors to lakes in the Black Forest, Wanderweg captures the experience of walking with another.
Inside you’ll find accounts of their walks, stories of folk horror, their own illustrations and photographs, Romanticism, and the odd foray into imagination and dreams.
