Marfa is a printed publication inspired by Marfa, Texas and created by artists for artists. A capital of cultural disorder, Marfa, Texas is a small town of just over 2,000 people located in the middle of a desert not far from the Mexican border, and a place that has attracted the attention of the art world since the ‘60s. Marfamily is a platform that connects contemporary high end fashion and art.

The latest issue of contemporary high end fashion and art journal Marfa brings together a group of ‘revered individuals’, each cherished by Marfa HQ—that’s Alexander Gordienko, father of editor-in-chief Alexandra, model River Klein, multi-award winning French actress Marion Cotillard and yes, Woody Allen (need we say more?). 

Plus: interviews with actress Kayije Kagame, following her star-making breakout role in Alice Diop’s 2022 debut feature ‘Saint Omer’; Hungarian chess grandmaster Judit Polgár; Keith McNally, founder of beloved NYC establishment Balthazar; American colour field painter Joe Bradley; South African artist Dada Khanyisa; British icon, Dame Kristin Scott Thomas; and, German abstract painter Charline von Heyl.
