AFROSPORT

This is a limited edition first run of 2,000 copies. Each will be individually numbered. The aim of AFROSPORT is to shine a fresh light on Africa's history and future global influence through the intersecting lenses of sport, photography, design, and culture.

AFROSPORT has a foreword by former NBA professional basketball player Joakim Noah. It also includes an exclusive interview with Didier Drogba, the all-time top scorer and former captain of the Ivory Coast national team and the first African to score 100 goals in the British Premier League, achieved whilst playing at Chelsea.

AFROSPORT has been created by renowned creative director Peet Pienaar. It contains the work of some incredible contributors - 25 writers, 40 photographers - and features 32 sports, 130 photos and more than 100 all original new graphics. All pulled together by a team working across the continent and beyond.

With a foiled hard cover, it is 320 pages and weighs 1.7kg.
