Elsewhere in the issue, we spent a day on a barge during a British heatwave, with the naked baker John Whaite. Across town, Magic Mike Live London performer Reece shows us his moves, while across the Atlantic, things get seriously hot with New York firefighter Hamza. Fotis Tetikis’s photographs of Apostolis are as transporting as any holiday, as he shot the beautiful boy in Greece. Summer months mean we also get to celebrate our communities at Pride. The run-up to this issue coincided beautifully with this year’s London’s Black Pride, on a sun-baked day in the former Olympic Park – photographer Courtney Nathan Phillip was there to record the party.
