For the cover story, Morgan Lockwood-James takes a deep dive into the emerging UK alt-rap scene. Often mislabelled as ‘chill rap’, the interviews with our nine cover stars paint portraits that are anything but ‘chilled’. The musical renaissance taking place is populating playlists, packing venues and mashing up mosh-pits.
