The holidays are over – time to switch to gallery mode.
Let’s start with Oliver Gustav’s gallery, which is where we shot this season’s fashions featured on the cover of this issue: audacious looks set against a radical backdrop that combines pieces by Vincenzo De Cotiis and antique sculptures from all over the world.
The next is one that inspires a new generation of artists and designers, all those who treat an interior like an exhibition design project and create pieces that are veritable works of art. One example is Landon Metz, a young painter with a passion for design who has transformed his studio into a gallery with designs by Ettore Sottsass, Achille Castiglioni and Terje Ekstrøm. Not forgetting Valentin Loellmann and his sculptural furniture, which wouldn’t look out of place in a gallery exhibit.
This season, MilK Decoration went to meet all these people who have chosen to “exhibit” their skills to the world.
Design, fashion, decoration, exhibitions, food and new places: we focus on all that’s new in the world of lifestyle this autumn.
