A new magazine, Fæða/Food on Icelandic cuisine, traditions and culture has been published in Icelandic and English.

The magazine is pubished by Í boði nátturunnar, a magazine on healthy living. Owner and editor Guðbjörg Gissurardóttir says that the English publication will hopefully be of interest ito those curious about Icelandic culinary traditons. 

The yearly magazine FÆÐA – FOOD is the first and only magazine (bilingual in Icelandic and English) about food and food culture in Iceland. Including chapters on taste, heritage, people and making, enjoy!
