A new magazine, Fæða/Food on Icelandic cuisine, traditions and culture has been published in Icelandic and English.
The magazine is pubished by Í boði nátturunnar, a magazine on healthy living. Owner and editor Guðbjörg Gissurardóttir says that the English publication will hopefully be of interest in all those interested in Icelandic culinary traditons.
The yearly magazine FÆÐA – FOOD is the first and only magazine (bilingual in Icelandic and English) about food and food culture in Iceland. Chapters: Taste, Heritage, People, Make, Enjoy.
