Luxury fashion, art and culture magazine '10' is back for issue #71. 10 Magazine is built on the belief that fashion should be shot beautifully and supplemented with exclusive interviews, groundbreaking editorial features and powerful, opinionated journalism.

Based in London, but encompassing a collection of the world’s best photographers, stylists and writers, it has become a definitive voice in luxury fashion.

#71 - Editor's note

Finally, after 24 years of living in my beautiful 10 world, we are welcoming a new baby to the fold: @10magazineusa arrives in September. This giant undertaking has been put in the capable hands of the brilliant creative, and absolute force of nature, @dora_fung88. I have known Dora for 17 years – her dedication, joy, unparalleled energy, determination and optimism have reinvigorated me and helped me see how bright the future is for our 10 adventure.

10 USA is our third edition: a decade ago, I began a collaboration with another talented friend, @alison_veness, to launch @10magazineaustralia. Both of these new chapters in 10’s history have been driven by love, trust and admiration of these brilliant women.

When we began to think about the themes for this issue that would best illustrate what the 10 community is all about, we resolved to showcase dedicated followers of fashion. The issue is full of wonderful people I admire who inspire me. One of fashion’s most distinguished collectors is @alexanderfury. He has amassed an archive of 3,000+, museum-quality fashion items, foraged from every corner of the globe.

@poeticallypunk passion for @hommeplisse_isseymiyake began as a practical desire for uniform dressing. He writes about how his urge for convenience has led him to amass more than 300 pieces. @vanina_sorrenti has gone back to creative friends and past subjects, revisiting women she first photographed in the 1990s.

@stefanopilati and @and_re_walker are huge talents who continue to inspire me and both of them have created portfolios for this issue.

This is a community for whom style is a way of life, a passion, a labour of love. Hopefully you’ll see plenty to bring you joy on each page.
