Over 32 years, Frieze has developed from outsider indie to become the leading magazine for contemporary art and culture, and spawned art fairs in London, New York and Los Angeles. It provides international art coverage, criticism and analysis and promises (if not always achieving) jargon-free language.
For November/December 2023, Frieze enters the conversation on AI with a roundtable discussion between artists, curators and writers on ‘the viability of machine artistry’, accompanied by a gorgeously illustrated essay on Asian American media today and a profile on Lebanese artist Ali Cherri, with a still from his 2022 film The Dam on the cover of this issue.
